How To Buy A Smoker Barrel
We are currently in the process of building out our shopping cart system, so the best way to go about making a purchase is to just contact us at 619.494.6954 (Call or Txt to initiate). We’ll go over all the details of what you’d like as far as your drum goes (any upgrades for basic & standard models, customizations, etc.), and provide you with a quote for shipping if outside our local delivery radius (San Diego County). Shipping to some areas of the country outside of southern California may not be affordable at this time, due to abnormally high shipping rates and costs.
Credit/Debit card purchases – For credit & debit card purchases we use PayPal to process. Paypal is currently offering a 6 month interest-free payment plan as long as you can get it paid for within those 6 months. If you don’t have a PayPal credit card yet signing up for one is easy. Just go to PayPal and get set up.
Other forms of payment – We also accept Venmo & Zelle for both local in-person purchases and non-local purchases requiring shipping.
Local in-person purchases – If you’re local to San Diego county then that’ll be easy. We can make an appointment for you to come down to the shop, take a tour of how your drum will be built, and set the purchase up in-person. Once your build is complete you can either pick-up at our location or we might even be able to deliver to you for a small fee.
Non-local & out of state purchases – If you’re outside our local business area and would like to setup a purchase we can arrange an appointment for a video call/chat. You’ll meet the owner and get the grand tour of the shop. That way you can confirm us as an ethical legit business, and see where and how your drum will be built.

Please Read Important Information Below About Deposits, Holds, & Refunds.
–DEPOSITS–
*IMPORTANT NOTE: If we are out of stock on any of our drums at the time of your desired purchase, then all drums are considered “made to order”, “built to order”, and/or “custom built”, so they will require a deposit before the build takes place. Once the build process has started it cannot be cancelled or refunded. Again…..deposits are non-refundable, so please be 100% sure you really want to initiate the purchase and start the build process before submitting your deposit. A deposit is 50% of the total price, including shipping & processing. Both deposits & final payments may each take up to 2 days to clear. Local in person deposits/payments are quicker & easier.
*Or if you don’t want to go the deposit route, then you can just be added to our list, and we can alert you when they are available.
–HOLDS–
If you’re serious about making a solid purchase on a pre-existing fully built model, and can’t pick it up in a timely fashion you can put a hold on one at 10% of the total price. Holds placed on drums last for up to 14 days, after which if the transaction has not been finalized the hold will automatically be cancelled, and will not be refunded. The drum will then become available for sale again immediately. Forfeited deposits will not be refunded, and cannot be applied to future holds & purchases.
–REFUNDS / REPLACEMENTS–
All sales final, no refunds. As far as replacements go a drum can be replaced if you encounter faulty workmanship on our end, or if damage was incurred in transit during shipment
