Our signature spice blend for pork and chicken is based on the Kansas City style of American BBQ. It has some nice flavorful notes built in from salt & pepper, to paprika, cayenne, garlic & onion, chili pepper, sugars and other secret spices. Use our dry rub on ribs to build layers of flavor throughout the smoking process. Give your pork it’s initial seasoning, then from there sprinkle on a little more at key points throughout your cook.
Our seasoning for grilling also works exceptionally well when smoking pork ribs unwrapped. And, if you’re planning on cooking them straight through no wrap, this is the dry rub you need. Use a mop or basting sauce while cooking. With some of the secret ingredients our BBQ rub has, you’ll turn out some of the most moist & delicious ribs you ever have on the grill without wrapping.

What happens if my package is lost or stolen?
We are not responsible for packages that are lost, misdelivered or stolen.
We can assist you in filing claims for these types of missing package issues. However, you will have to file a claim with the shipping service first, which is normally USPS. If the claim is successful, we will be able to ship a replacement. No replacements can be shipped until the claim is reviewed and ruled on by the carrier. In some cases, Etsy is able to intervene through their Purchase Protection Program and issue you a refund for a lost package.

Can I return my item for a refund?
No, due to the nature of food items. All sales final. We can, however, replace your item if the product itself arrives in a damaged condition. See the question below about what do if your item arrives in a damaged condition.
What if my item arrives in a damaged condition?
You will have to file a claim with the shipping service first, which is normally USPS. You should file a claim as soon as possible, but no later than 60 days from the date of mailing. DO NOT ship any of it back, as we do not accept any returns due to the nature of food items. Instead, make sure you retain all original packaging and document all the damage with picture evidence to backup your claim. Once your claim is resolved we can move forward with a replacement.

How do your shipping timeframes work?
We ship all orders from San Diego, CA. Orders are generally ready to ship 2-4 “business days” after being placed. Business days are Monday through Friday. This lead time may increase during peak times like Christmas & Father’s Day.
If you order during business hours (between 10am-7pm PST), the following day is considered Business Day 1.
Orders placed in the evening after 7pm Pacific Standard Time aren’t received until the next business day morning, and won’t be ready for shipping until at least the next business day after that morning.
If you order over a weekend, the order isn’t received until Monday morning. For example, if you order on Saturday night, Tuesday is considered Business Day 1.
Fed holidays do not count as business days.
How do I order a quantity of more than one?

Can I edit my shipping address after placing an order?
We’re not able to edit a shipping address after an order has been placed. We’re also not able to intercept and change the address for a package that has already shipped. It’s imperative that you make sure to enter the correct shipping details before initiating your purchase.
