Our signature spice blend for pork and chicken is based on the Kansas City style of American BBQ.  It has some nice flavorful notes built in from salt & pepper, to paprika, cayenne, garlic & onion, chili pepper, sugars and other secret spices.  Use our dry barbecue rub on ribs to build layers of flavor throughout the smoking process.  Give your pork it’s initial seasoning, then from there sprinkle on a little more at key points throughout your cook.

Our seasoning for grilling also works exceptionally well when smoking pork ribs unwrapped.  And, if you’re planning on cooking them straight through no wrap, this is the dry rub you need.  Use a mop or basting sauce while cooking.  With some of the secret ingredients our BBQ rub has, you’ll turn out some of the most moist & delicious ribs you ever have on the grill without wrapping.
